Marcus and crew have been great getting defensive players and OLs, but we need a dog who gets tier 1 athletes on the edge. Given our transfer posture (requiring calc freshman year), the transfer window is pretty narrow for ND. That means we need to accumulate recruits.

I like where we are at wr for 2023 with Braylon James and now add in Ronan Hanafin,Jaden Greathouse and a Rico Flores. That’s a big win for notre dame.

I suppose we have to give him some time to get talent, but (pending Buchner) it feels like we're 2 WRs away from having truly elite talent by the 2023 season. We'd have a rugged schedule (with OSU, USC and Clemson), but otherwise very manageable.
