You are wrong. First of all, he had offers from Tennessee, Sparty, Pitt and West Virginia.
Secondly, those offers are reported by the players themselves and not the schools. Minchey is not an active social media guy and on top of that he was committed to Pitt for a long time. Maybe he didn't report offers after he had shut his recruiting down. Maybe he stopped taking calls from interested schools. You have no idea what schools wanted him.

What I didn't know was, he had a shoulder injury and played in only a few games in his senior year giving
him a lower star grade by the recruiting services.
His commitment totally enhances ND's recruiting strength. His commitment puts ND probably into the top 3 class
