They held up well against that DL, zero sacks and 198 yds rushing.

They were learning on the job. The guard pull on the last TD looked good.

We’re lucky to have weathered the storm.

Unrelated but hope Faison is ok.

It was a heart warming thing to see the guys come together in the second half, especially in that 4Q.

There were a lot of fundamental mistakes made, blown assignments, etc., but they overcame those and gained valuable experience against a tough opponent.

These next three games are against lightweights, and will give them plenty of opportunity to improve their timing in a real game situation. As this group continues to work together, I think we'll see a much more polished group that is better at working together as a unit, as well as stronger performances as individuals.

The talent is there. The line simply needs real experience, since it's a mixture of redshirt sophomores, redshirt freshmen, and a true frosh. Most higher ranked teams have plenty of seniors and 5th year seniors starting...

With Charles Jagusah coming back next year, and Guerby Lambert having some experience, I expect the line to be quite dominant next year.

Other than a few rookie mistakes, the OL did a great job.
