That excellent performance in last year's Holiday Bowl wasn't a fluke.

Miller Moss stayed in the pocket, went through his progressions, spread the ball around, and used the entire field. There were times he patiently waited for the WR3 and WR4 options, too.

I think he's going to be a better pro than Caleb Williams, especially since he's less likely to get clobbered due to not taking off and running all too often.

As history repeated itself, Brian Kelly had his guys playing prevent defense, when their regular defense had been doing a reasonably good job earlier.

Still, Miller Moss looked sharp the whole game, and the offensive line looked much more comfortable, knowing that he was going to stay in the pocket as a dropback passer.

Last year, USC's offensive line wasn't very good at all, since they were constantly having to shift on the fly because of "Fingernails" taking off running right as WR3 or WR4 were getting open.
