It's unfathomable. He has been inconsistent at his best since then, and flat-out horrible at his worst. Everyone was left thinking that night that Clemson wouldn't skip a beat once Lawrence was drafted.
He was the #5 QB coming out of high school in 2024, one place higher than CJ Carr was at #6.
He's talented, but raw, and still learning the game.
I suspect he's going to play sooner rather than later.
