Sorry for lack of A&M post game content

I was actually at the game with the fam. My wife and I went while some family watched the kids for us in our hotel. Turns out that traveling back from Texas with a toddler and a 6-month old really cuts into content production time. Sunday was lost to travel and then Monday was lost to use unpacking from a week+ long trip and getting the house in order. Add in that I also had to get ready to go back to work since I had been on paternity leave the last 3 months and well, didn't have much time since the game ended to get anything up. Will still try to post some thoughts throughout the week and we'll be back at a more regular post-game schedule this week.

I saw some A&M and Irish fans mixed in one of the tailgate tents

Wondered if that was you since you've said that your in-laws are A&M

Our tailgating was basically in our hotel

Since we had our boys with us, we only had a couple drinks before in the room while waiting for our sitters to arrive. Ended up having a couple on the walk in and then a few ridiculously priced beers in the stadium.

I get that, travel with small children is tough

You never need apologize. You selflessly give us schleps this forum to broadcast all of our terrible takes and opine over every minute detail of all things ND.

The BEST ND fan site. Thank you.

All good, I'm tired just reading of your "adventure".

There's enough post-game ND content out there to fill the most thirsty of ND fans.

Glad your wife and A&M in-laws didn't leave you in an empty grave out there.

I am very proud of myself for my restraint

I was well behaved both before, during, and after the game other than one point in the 4th when some A&M fans tried telling me that they actually had more penalties than ND.
