He was bad last year. He looks exactly the same this year. Yes, his receivers are lousy. But he is a waste of time.
Angeli and Minchey could have been competing for the role and splitting snaps. Or Angeli could have been ahead and taken far more.
Either way, this was dumb. And running the Kelly offense made it even worse.
