What makes you think Guidugli is any good? He's the QB coach & b/t SH &RL, the QBs suck
Don't get me wrong, I agree with your sentiment that a change needs to happen (especially at QB) but I'd rather RB coach (Deland McCullough) run the offense before Guidugli.
McCullough has actually done his job & he's done it well.

The issue of an inexperienced OL would remain
It wouldn’t hum all the time. But the current grab bag wold be gone, and that would be a huge improvement.
