Don't know if this makes me a bad fan, but I did not want the kick to go in.
This team didn't deserve any kind of flukey escape that would save them from themselves. They fully deserved to be looking right down the barrel at an ugly loss to an unranked MAC team.
I think that, at this point, we've experienced enough embarrassment that it does not necessarily feel out of the ordinary to be beaten by much lesser-ranked teams.
Simply put, ND was beaten fair and square by a better-prepared, more motivated team. Therefore, the game ended the way it should have.

Ausbery, Bowen and Love. Everyone else sucked. Why? I have no idea. But from the coaching staff down, it was as if we were the KC Chiefs that found out there was another game after the parade.
