1:40 on the clock and 2 timeouts. and we barely got into field goal position AND it was blocked.
What a mess. We tried to tip toe into field goal territory without a chance of getting closer.
Also a wasted TO early in the 3rd quarter didn’t help.

Speaking of field goals, couldn’t believe two were blocked. Looked like Jeter kicked the balls too
low. If that’s the case, that frustrating too. It’s not like it’s this kid’s first rodeo. Just a bad game all away around and I’m still freaking pissed. I can’t believe a ND offense could only score 14 points against a MAC team. Wtf?

The last kick was 62 yards. It had to be low. I don’t count that against him. That’s what happens

ie, wasting TOs in a close game almost always hurts. We could have saved 30 seconds on NIU last drive.
