Level 1
If Angeli plays, he will do well.

Level 1
Let's see, why don't we play an injured (mediocre so far) QB instead of next man up QB.

Level 1
If they can’t run him (and they didn’t after he got hurt), then he isn’t close to our best QB.

Level 2
Spot on
Riley Leonard's main strength is his running ability. Without it, he's little more than a taller version of Drew Pyne who can't even make a medium range throw (20 yards), and will ignore the open receivers (downfield in this case). If anything, Pyne was a better short range thrower.
The offensive line isn't as good as 2022's, and they can't help conceal Leonard's weaknesses.

Level 1
It's a dumb decision to start Leonard. That type of injury doesn't get better by playing.
Purdue will be teeing off on the injured shoulder. Bring Leonard in only if Angeli fails.

Level 3
Exactly. You can sit him w/o looking like we're in panic mode.
Riley can sit because of injury, not benched because of performance. He still can be utilized during the season and you never know when he may be needed. Unless OL improves though, it might not matter who the QB is. Don't forget, it was MF who said on national TV that Riley needs to play within the offense, whatever that means.

Level 3
They won't. They might even go on a mini-winning streak
This will calm things down just enough to make simpletons think some sort of progress has been made -- until reality once again intervenes.
Being inconsistent means that they can't even be relied upon to lose when things look bad.
