To be considered legit our passing game has to do something other than center around a TE too
We have to be able to showcase that WRs can come here and be productive and get recognition as well. It's great having really good TEs but they are not the center piece to an offense that wins championships. You need other pieces.
Yes, Gronk was for NE but you see what happened when Brady left... So too did the championships. Additionally, the Pro game is a lot different than college.

Practice is not likely going to help.
That is very difficult to overcome. 2 MLB 2nd basement took some time to deal with and many pro golfers never overcame them. Can he use a long putter on the field?
