He hit the locker room solo after the game while everyone else sang the alma mater.

He played 12 snaps.

Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame
Invincibility with no vulnerability

He'll decide on his own.

The younger linebackers have proven that they belong at their positions, and have really stepped up their games. They're going to easily be one of the best linebacking corps in 2025.

I hope Sneed stays, since he's a freakishly good athlete, and his talents could probably be better used at weakside DE, something we should have done with Marist Liufau last year.

Sneed's busted plays vs NIU & Louisville cost big. Bowen, KVA & Ausberry all are better LBs.

Still hoping Keon Keeley returns. He's not even on the depth chart.

Even when he left - he still seemed a little torn, and Freeman didn't burn that bridge.

From Alabama:

The former five-star from Tampa (Fla.) has not played much this season on the defensive line. He came in Nick Saban’s 2023 recruiting class as an outside linebacker, however, Kane Wommack moved him to field-side defensive end or “Bandit” in his 4-2-5 defense. Keeley has been learning a new position, so it has been a transition for him. He also added weight to his 6-foot-5 frame, going from 242 to 277 pounds. Keeley is a freakish athlete, but it takes some marquee players time to develop in a program. He is third at his position behind LT Overton and Jah-Marien Latham. Freddie Roach, Alabama’s defensive line coach, updated the media on Wednesday about Keeley’s progress. “He has gotten better,” Roach said. “It is a commitment from him and he has done that. We are going to continue to make him a better player. If he is focused on becoming a better player and nothing else, he will be fine. I am proud of Keon from where he’s come to where he is now, but he’s got to continue to improve.”

Doesn't sound like a good relationship to me.

Sneed is a great athlete, mediocre linebacker.

He seems lost out there a lot but when he is in the right position, he makes plays. KVA, Ausbery and Bowen are are 3 best LBs. Sneed should probably be in a situational rush the passer type role.

But as to your question, I wouldn't be surprised if he is dejected. The younger guys are passing him.

Seems like Sneed should be a designated bring the heat off the edge pass rusher.

He's got some real talent for that . A Pat Swilling type, or Larence Taylor, Hassan Reddick. But yeah doesn't seem to be a true linebacker. Maybe they need him to bulk up and play edge.
