Getting nostalgic…Meadowlands today…many a concert, Giants, saw Pele play there many times
But jamming to Springsteen who I have listened to and loved for 50 years…2025 will mark 50th anniversary of his “Born to Run” album whose songs have been with me through HS in New Jersey, college at Notre Dame, time in the Air Force and a successful consulting career. Odd to say it but he has been a huge influence on my life despite his political beliefs. Hard to believe he’s 75, and I’m hitting 65 next Spring.

You young man the last good music was in the late 60's to early 70's. Springsteen's early stuff was
good the commercial shit was effective then only because he had little good rock competition.

Neighbor here in my development is ‘82 Naval Academy grad
Who punted for the football team. Likely saw him twice in ND stadium. Small world. He went on to successful career as Delta Airlines pilot.
