Oregon - Is 50/50, I'm not sold that they have a great defense, not sure how great their offense would look against ND's defense. Good size at DT for them would be an issue, but their secondary does make mistakes.
Georgia - 25% I would give us the least chance against them, their DE's are freaky good, could probably play us without adding to the box to stop the run and make the ND offense look as bad as ever.
Miami - 70% Not great on defense so far, lots of near misses for them, their QB would probably look like Caleb Williams last year against ND's defense. Only reason they are still in playoff consideration is ACC officials.
Texas - 50% I don't know why everyone is sold on them being some super team, I think Ewers would get benched against the ND defense. Our offense would be questionable, but if put in good position by the D they should be able to score.
OSU - 50% Can't call it any higher since they should have beaten them last year and didn't, but they should have beaten them last year so no reason they couldn't this year
PSU - 90% Allard might be done, which would mean PSU is done. I'd say 100% but nothing is guaranteed in football.
BYU - Probably the only one I agree with you on overall, they are a good team, but I don't think they would score enough to win.

The team looks much better than it did against NIU....but we haven't played anyone very good....
Just dont want to see us get embarrassed in a playoff game like we always do...we should all wish for that.
But seeing as how you also made a very wrong prediction, not surprising that you spring to his defense.
It as if we have board monitors to ensure that no one gets too optimistic.
I made no prediction for Navy though I certainly hoped we would beat the #25 team who had played no one season to date.
My surprise, much like Albany, was why the AP would move us up 4 slots for beating a 25th ranked team who almost handed us the game literally.
I am optimistic just realistic. Never been a homer and never will be. Been disappointed for 36 years now.
I do think the team is improving on the shoulders of Leonard finally proving he's a Div 1 QB and not just a glorified running back. He actually stood in the pocket and looked downfield, albeit against a weak opponent with a bunch of 2 and 3 stars players about to serve in our nation's military.
If we win the next 4 I can agree we have a better than 50/50 chance to make playoff and hopefully not get embarrassed.
