ACC refs by far the worst every season. I watched Pitt/Clemson earlier. Horrible officiated game.

On defense, especially on running plays, you can’t grab an O lineman to prevent him from reaching
say a middle linebacker or you can’t grab the O lineman and pull him out of the way so that your linebacker can shoot a gap on a blitz. I didn’t see the player the specific penalty was called on, but not totally uncommon to be called.
