I hope it stays this way (probably won't) - but a great road to the final.

1.Oregon (11-0) *.
2.Texas (10-1)*
3.Miami (10-1)*
4.Boise State (10-1)*
5.Ohio State (10-1)
6.Penn State (10-1)
7.Notre Dame (10-1)
8.Georgia (9-2)
9.Tennessee (9-2)
10.SMU (10-1)
11.Indiana (10-1)
12.Arizona State (9-2)**

The Irish would get - SMU; then Texas; then the winner of Miami/Penn State. They'd have a real channce to get to the final.

The way we’re playing does it matter other than Ohio State? Who’s next…..

Most senarios I see put Ohio State, Oregon and Georgia on the same side with ND on the other side.

Let them beat each other up. That'd be nice.

I see your points, But I m starting to wonder who can really play with us other than Ohio State

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.

I'm not suggesting they would get to the final easily, but avoiding Georgia, Oregon, and Ohio State.

You're priceless. You don't think Oregon, Georgia, Texas...& a number of others can play with ND?

Look, beating up on a very weak schedule is what ND needed to do...but it does not establish them as any kind of juggernaut.

Beat USC and get in and hopefully get on a roll for 4 games...is what is called for.

Thank you, totally agree.

We have played virtually no one so we really have no idea how we’ll do against a high caliber opponent.

Hoping for the best since past CFP efforts have left a lot to be desired.

I'd favor ND over any team on a neutral field except Ohio State

We will be underdogs in likely every possible matchup.

What if I can prove you wrong right now? Right now, ND is 5th for CFP winner odds

All four of the teams above us still have a round 1 bye in place. That tells me that ND, on a neutral field, would be favored against nearly every team

Guess what? We won’t be…
