I can only imagine the reaction from the others when Jack raised his hand and proposed that Notre Dame should be penalized for being independent.

most ND fans would rather not being in some stank a** ACC or Big XII just to get a first round bye. Those conferences suck. If someone put a gun to my head the Big X would be the best conference to join.
