There are 5 teams in the Top 10 for both Points Allowed & Points Scored..
Tosu #1 & #10 (CFP Ranking #2)
ND #2 & #6 (CFP Ranking #5)
Ol Miss #5 & #9 (CFP Ranking #14)
IU #9 & #2 (CFP Ranking #10)
TULN #10 & #4 (CFP Ranking #17)...no one is currently Top 5 in both of these, but Notre Dame is very close as SMU is only .3 ppg higher than us at #5.

One concern when using total defense (yards) is that they seem to be a bend but don’t break defense this year. They do fairly well in the red zone but give up easy completions and play a pretty soft zone.
