Discussing potential new HC for Da Bears. Callers and one of the show's host kept bringing up MF's name. Finally, the other host spoke up and said that Marcus Freeman is exactly where he should be at Notre Dame and he isn't going anywhere.

Zero NFL experience
The people calling for Marcus Freeman to be a NFL head coach are delusional.
He has no experience as a coach in the NFL, even as a position coach or coordinator. In the impossible situation where he took the Bears' job, he'd inherit a team that has a lot of deficiencies, and has an utterly deflated morale.
He's in a great situation right now at the Golden Dome, where he has a well-stocked roster of excellent talent, along with having won over the hearts and minds of the ND fanbase (not easy to do). That, plus he just signed a very nice extension. The players absolutely love the man, and would run through a brick wall for him.
He's not going anywhere.
