PFF ratings for the Orange Bowl performance
KVA, Greathouse, and Kiser had the highest grades on ND's side, all in the 70's. Christian Gray also had a rating in the mid 70's.
PSU had several guys in the 80's. With that differential, you would think that PSU would have won this game running away.
They mentioned how Penn State's WR corps is terrible. Whenever they dropped back and passed, only 34% of the throws targeted the WR's. Having to play against one of the best secondaries in the nation (namely, us), made it worse, even though we were playing only Cover 1.
They also mentioned how Drew Allar looked rattled, had happy feet, and wasn't willing to simply throw the ball away.
