Don't know if that was ever true. Don't know if there are currently seperate holding cells like professional stadiums have. Maybe unruly drunks are still in these holding cellls leftover from last season and were forgotten about after the IU game in all the post game excitement. .

My kids’ HS cleans the SCUM stadium as a fundraiser ea week. Adding booze was a mistake.

The school makes $90k a year to cleanup and asked to renegotiate its deal because once they added booze the place turned into a giant pig pen. People were literally pissing and crapping in the stadium.

I did the math and with 110k people, they are pulling in an extra $750k to $.25 mil/game.
