Drew Pyne's ex-teammate, Jaden Rashada, pulls a Drew Pyne

Jaden Rashada, who had originally committed to Miami (and with it, a 9.5 million dollar NIL deal) reneged, and committed to Florida, thinking that he would get $14 million.

That didn't pay out, so he reneged on his commitment to Florida, and signed with Arizona State, where he, along with Drew Pyne, got beaten bloody and senseless behind that awful offensive line. That line actually made our 2007 offensive line look competent in comparison.

He bugged out of Arizona State, and signed with Georgia.

After not playing last year, he's now looking to transfer, probably to Tulane or Western Kentucky.

At least Pyne got his degree(s), and had played significant time with respectable stats. He'll have a good job waiting for him when he decides that football isn't in his future.

I honestly don't know what Rashada is going to have after all of this team whoring.

This whole NIL monster is getting ridiculous. Earlier today, it was reported that Tennessee's sophomore QB to be, Nico Iamaleava, is holding out of spring practice, because he wants more NIL money (he's already being paid $2.4 million for this year).

If I were Tennessee, I would send him packing

This new house bill is going to place a salary cap on everyone at $20 mil, so that will certainly help

Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame

Good on them. There needs to be some reform. Don’t know what that is.

That kind of attitude is cancerous.

He was already being paid $2.4 million, and wanted more.

I remember how we were recruiting him pretty hard, especially after the Dante Moore fiasco, and am glad that we didn't get this greedy prima donna.

The sad thing about Iamleava is that he was primed to have a great season, with all of that talent on Tennessee's offense. He had a good season in 2024, but as a true junior in 2025, with all of that development, would have put up some seriously good numbers that would have dwarfed 2024's.

That being said, if he's not lazy and drops the bad attitude when he gets to USC, he should be in a pretty good position.

He'll probably beat everyone out at USC, since Jayden Maiava isn't exactly premium QB material, and the true freshman Husan Longstreet, is a ways off from being ready. The big hope, Malachi Nelson, transferred to UTEP earlier.

We’re watching something haphazardly play out that nobody thoroughly thought through…
