I’ve watched a lot of YouTube last night and this morning on the game, this is what I keep hearing:
Most talent on the field, across the board that a lot of the pundits have seen in years.
The roster is in a really, really good place.

Our kicking game is a little iffy.
ND should always endeavor to have one of the best kickers and one of the best punters in the country. It is critical to win close games. Particularly in the playoffs.

ND signed the top high school kicker.
He will arrive this summer.
Rendell got better as the season went along, and I expect him to kick some ass this season as the punter.
Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame

I forgot Rendell has another year of eligibility. He did get better as the season progressed.
Hope the frosh can push the transfer.

First time in a long time seems like we have some position depth

I would agree on a whole. We could still use some difference makers at WR and interior D line. The
roster is constructed very nicely and there’s a lot of very good youth as well. While I think we have some good WR’s and interior D lineman on the roster, we need to land some guys that end up being Top 15 NFL draft picks, but I think you get my point. Exciting times!!!

I'll feel better about the WR corp if Fields plays as well as he did at UVa & 1 of either Cam
Williams/Micah Gilbert has a breakout season. I actually feel Gilbert will be the player b/t those 2 to step up.
That combined with Greathouse/Faison & Will Pauling & we should be OK @ WR regardless of who ends up as the starting QB.
Keep an eye on Scrap Richardson as well. He could be a real difference maker by season's end.

A lot of the guys who played basically the entire 16 game season last year were resting up, especially those recovering from injuries.

Yep, I've heard the DL looks deep and talented as well.
Lots of youngsters flying around and making plays.
