Seems pretty obvious to not let him beat you with his legs and make him pass against the elite N.D. Secondary. They leaned heavy on him against Iowa State, with their number one RB out. I think a spy wouldn't be out of the question, as I see BYU leaning on him with a heavy dosage of running to slow the game down. You know they are going to look at the North Carolina game and how they had success with their tight ends against N.D. I think that was more of an anomoly that can be fixed with proper reads and drops. On offense, I really hope Walton starts. Hope Denbrock doesn't get cute on the goal line. I really hated that slant pass on the two yard line against Stanford. Playaction under center off of ND's trap running game success should be wide open.

Bachmeier isn’t some ordinary cat (ignore pun). He’s tough to bring down a little quicker than fast

and a big strong young man. He’s like a stronger Riley Leonard with a much better arm.

BYU struggled with Iowa State but something tells me that was sort of the plan. To not show off their wares to surprise ND’s OLine and DLines come Saturday.

They showed that they have guys who like to hit and play in the trenches.

ND must not let BYU have a short field to play. ND must not be complacent. BYU guys are seriously motivated.

ND wins this going away if they keep CJ upright all game.

PS: Iowa St. isn’t a very good team.
