I'm praying SkyCast is available tomorrow night.

ND affiliation w ACC hurts our schedule strength. It’s consistently the weakest major conference in football. ND should ask for more input on who they play and just play the better teams in the conference.
Same thing as last year.
ESPN being ESPN No Bias there. !
And it's timed perfectly with one of our bigger games.
No need to get in a lather over the media's contrived controversies.
His anti-ND bias should be an embarrassment to ESPIN. Perhaps now that he has go-to-hell $$$, he feels free to say whatever he wants about us. It comes off as jealous and petty.
He doesn’t say a word about Miami’s or Texas Techs schedules. Or Indianas last year.
Maybe he’s been confronted by Irish fans over the past year that have told him he sucks ass.
More fuel for us on the “leave no doubt” campaign.
This would be your example Kirk.
Notre Dame's schedules are not a result of ND not wanting to schedule tougher opponents, but are a result of tougher opponents not wanting to schedule ND.
Herbstreit has a point about weak scheduling, but chose exactly the wrong example.
Our schedule this year is also way stronger than Miamis.
For us considering we play 2 top 15 teams. And one of them is from a conference that gets no respect and probably shouldn’t.
I could argue a close win tomorrow doesn’t do us much good to the media
It’s not our fault USC dropped us, or that Bucky and some others aren’t as good as we might like when we scheduled them.
But why is it that a weak schedule is a problem for us, but it is not for Miami and other teams? Hmmmm
them up to get into the playoffs. Well, their schedule is totally weak and they lost three games and I didn’t hear him rip on Penn St’s weak scheduling either. Their non conference games were a total joke. That said, the bulk of college games are scheduled years in advance. Nobody knows for sure how some teams will be that far in advance. Last year, we opened with a tough schedule and since we lost two games by like 4 combined points with a brand new starting QB, it was still used against us even though by year end, nobody wanted to play us as the team was hot. ND will never win with these jackass pundits.
The lack of a conference champ game doesn’t help us.
Also after Miami our last 3 games are atrocious so our season is done very early.
SMU is the same as byu. We should kill them so no upside for us at all
Drop or we drop 2 or 3
We need to beat byu tonight with some margin though. If so we finsih in top 10 at 11-1 assuming a Miami loss is competitive
If we lost tonight and double digit loss to Miami we wind up somewhere near the scenario last year.
The data do not support the narrative you are pushing.
By our standards.
We have no margin for error with their soft schedule. We have 2 games where we have a chance to lose. Losses to anyone else would be awful. Smu and Wisconsin amehiiek not be competitive. I could also argue byu might not be.
I may have misspelled Jamie's last name. I think the podcast is called Hit and Hustle. Greg used to post here as Rocket91 and wrote some articles as well. Great podcast for those who haven't discovered it.
...up until a few years ago. "Single High", it's still up on Apple. We paid Kyle Hamilton to do the intro, and he called it the "Official Home of the Kyle Hamilton Fan Club". It was about a week after NIL became legal. We paid Kyle $200, probably not a price we'd get today with how things have evolved. Pretty cool though.
Greg outgrew us, wish we could have kept him around.

Greg also produces and occasionally sits in on Mike Frank's Power Hour. You lost a good one on your staff there.
But we couldn't afford him, and I'm happy he got a bigger opportunity.
Shame, guy made a reputation for himself as a straight shooter back when he got started in the biz.
