That TD and extra point would have given them an 18 point lead. Three scores. Game over! And it could have snowballed in that raucous environment.

It was like a classic NBA pick in order to give your teammate a shot. It was such an obvious block of our DB, that not even the refs could let that one go.

We dropped to 4th and 8th in the polls as it is, but if we had gotten blown out, there would have been a much bigger drop.

It matters because the official rankings that come out next month are heavily influenced by the poll rankings. If you drop down too low now, it's much harder to climb back, especially if we lose to Miami.
