Getting ahead of ourselves, I hope we play BYU in a playoff game

Had to insert Mora here. A lot of baffling play calls and decisions. If the team is looking ahead, they will be in trouble. Carr probably wanted some throws back. We should have ran the ball more as well. I don’t know why this staff is so intent on protecting freshmen. I understand setting them up for success, but keeping them off the field when they clearly could have helped is insane. We also need someone to stretch the middle of the field in the passing game. We knew this game would tell us a lot about this team, and while there is a lot of good, there is some concern mixed in there. Every game is an elimination game now (I know, every came is technically an elimination game, no matter when it is played). They can’t just tell Carr to win the game for them.

We are a much better man team than zone team. Because of Bear's running ability, we have to play more zone to prevent long runs if he breaks contain. I would much more prefer to play Miami than BYU because Mensah is much less of a running threat. Be careful what you wish for.
