DAnte Moore leaving Oregon? Wasnt this dude an ND commit or silent a few years back?
the dude and his family need a psychiatrist..
How many teams has he played for?

He reneged on that silent commit, so we poached Kenny Minchey from Pitt. I won't kid you here... I was very disappointed with his decision.
He started at UCLA, but didn't want to be a spread option runner, so he transferred to Oregon.
I don't begrudge him at this point. We ended up with a superior quarterback in the way of CJ Carr.
The Oregon faithful were counting on Moore to develop into an even better QB, but based on the few games he did play this year, it seemed as if he regressed.
Part of it was due to the offensive line looking very shaky this season (only one starter from last year, the transfer portal guys aren't looking good either).
If he wants to shut it down for the rest of the season, I wouldn't begrudge him here either, since he took a very nasty shot to the head.
This wasn't one of those concussions where the guy springs up and claims he's ready to play. The fact that he was twitching on the ground after that shot means that it's a much more severe injury than your "average" concussion.
At this point in time, if I were Dante Moore, I'd be more concerned about not having long term brain damage, and being able to live a normal life.
He didn't choose to do so.
He's quite an athletic specimen, and can actually QB at a competent level.
His raw potential is (was?) the highest of any QB in the 2027 draft.
But, this kind of injury probably hurts his draft stock significantly.
NFL teams get really skittish on draft prospects who could literally be one play away from early retirement, and this is doubly true for quarterbacks.
IMHO, it wasn't the hit so much because the actual play isn't happening in slow mo, but it was the prolonged reaction by the "tackler" and his pals after the hit. And it wasn't like his HC gave two craps about the play anyways.
