They ranked us at #11. If we lose to Miami, they'll bury us. Go Irish!

Can’t knock ND out at 10 like last year. Set up to make Irish 13 or lower if they do not win out.
TakethetrainKnute36098 postsIt’s shitty and crooked but it’s the “system” now…

It’s amazing how obvious they were. And they managed to put 10 SEC teams in the top 25 to continue the bullshit that their teams play the hardest schedules

We lost the only game we had that we could have. We have no quality anything.
I am shocked we are ranked so high in the pools
-
Level 2
If we beat the #1 team we have a quality win.
And we have 1 second on the clock at BYU with the ball on the 1 yard line.
Why are you so anti-ND?

Message is clear, join a conference. Share your dough with us or you're getting screwed.

Message was delivered last year. They are prepared to do it every year.

Yep, below the fake veneer of healthy athletic competition, the long knives are always unsheathed...
...at the ready, and the slashing is ruthless...

BYU is 11 We can’t be higher than them. And they have a bad loss
We lost to them and we have no quality anything.

Indiana is 4, Texas is what 6? The message is join a conference. Share your $$$.
It's clearly not the schedule. Indiana's schedule sucks. Texas looks like crap and has 2 bad losses. Utah has played who?

ND would have to shovel a huge buyout to the ACC. I'm actually dispassionate about that...
...the purpose of a system is what it does.

Level 6
Or join it, play essentially the same shit schedule. And not worry about this crap.

"play...the same shit schedule." Other cynics (realists?) have suggested that with a 24 team CFP.
ND schedules 11 Navy's and one opponent less than slaughter-ready, then coasts into the CFP mix because it's ND.

Alabama at 5 is hilarious.
(no message)Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame
Invincibility with no vulnerability-

The whole thing is a joke. Conferences need eliminated, and central scheduling to eliminate bias

This has to happen or the whole thing is a farce
Play similar schedules. It has to happen for any of this make sense

At least this year they’re telling us they’re screwing us over early

The makeup call for last year is making sure not to get our hopes up. Nice

Level 3
The “correction” is making sure ND’s ranking is dropped earlier. Problem solved…

That too. Leave no doubt…was a necessity given what was proven last year.
