Same as last year...with 3 out of 4 of the same teams ahead of us...shuffled differently...

Ohio State, Georgia and Texas repeat in top 4.
Oregon replaces Penn State this time around.
(Also Notre Dame has the most expensive Jersey Patch this year...)
