The whole Ath Dept knew, & given involvement of their Board,it's not credible to believe they didn't
know as well.
The reason that their AD initially said that he wasn't going to resign is because he knew this.
The sweet golden parachute retirement deal that he subsequently got from a school that just got a private report that motivated them to remove him despite winning (cheating) a championship* is a persuasive argument supporting that these higher ups knew as well.
They still are what they are.
Their new president's expertise is in self-regulati in children. Just what they need.
