Round 2 of updates
I've made a few more adjustments this evening.
The biggest change is we're showing all replies under the top level threads again. I need to be able to limit this to prevent long reply chains / pissing matches from messing with the format on smaller devices. I've set the max depth to 8, which should be more than enough for almost all posts. Anything deeper will show a "Continue..." link.
This is all configurable, so if it doesn't look great, we can change it.
