Important: Update on Gameday Posting

We're going to try something a little different this year. One hour prior to the game this weekend, we will lock the forum to new topics. Instead of starting new topics during the game, we'll post a "Gameday Thread" that you'll be able to reply under. New topics will remain locked for 2 hours following the end of the game, to give a bit of a cool down period.

The goal is to prevent the Monday morning hangover we experience from all the posts that go up on game days. A vast majority are subject line only posts, and don't drive any discussion. They also push discussion posts off of the first page. This gives people a way to follow the action on the board, while also allowing us to keep discussion posts from being pushed off.

A second option for in game chat is the chat room. If you haven't seen it yet, we rolled out a new chat room several months ago. It is linked at the top of the forum, and is a live chat just as before. Feel free to share feedback if there are improvements you'd like to see.
