As good as Riley Leonard played later in the year, I think Angeli would have had the same success.
Steve Angeli has good accuracy and timing, along with a slightly above average arm.
He also reads receiver progressions very well, but he's going to have to speed up his reads at the next level.
I can definitely see his making a roster, whether it be as a backup or as a practice squad, since he's better suited for a pure pro-style offense.
Riley worked as well as he did because of the OL and RB room. Leonard's legs also helped open space for both Love and Price.
