And tough shit having to play UCLA late this weekend.

I have middle-of-the-night insomnia, so watched Miami, Florida State and maybe Duke still playing at 1:30 AM EST (their time).
That greedy bastard scheduling is messed up...

Ordinarily, I'd love it
This time around there's a chance I am watching it on delay because I might have to take the kids to a birthday party that afternoon and 2:00 might be about the worst time it could have started for me.

Before NBC got involved, my Dad took me to ND home games w/ a Noon start.
No TV timeouts. No sideline reporters. No screaming gal during game breaks. No blaring hip hop. No $6 bottles of water. Parking close to the stadium for little or no cost. No "F Miami" after a second game of the year beating of a low level former SWC program . Autographs and pictures with Irish players after the game just outside the North main gate. Those were the best days of my life when it came to ND football with my Dad.
