With all the harping on what didn't go well against MSU, and I'm as guilty as any,
ND didn't just beat MSU, they beat them up and that makes me happy.

If Butterfingers McGee hadn't dropped the easy TD in the endzone, might have been a different game
But he did, and I never really felt like ND was in danger, but more that ND might have pushed its second game trap to the third game. I'm still not convinced that ND couldn't have won 60-0, but chose to work on a few things like the run, developing a new receiver, and playing run defense rather than obliterate MSU.

To be fair, he kind of did give it away
When he decided to make his QB get pass-happy, that basically sealed it to the tune of the QB getting pummeled, and tossing another critical INT.
