Tackles To Talk LLC, an Arizona limited-liability company whose sole member is Michael Golic, purchased a 4,061-square-foot home with pool originally built in 2009 at Residences at Crescent Moon Ranch in Scottsdale. Golic is a co-host of ESPN Radio's "Mike and Mike in the Morning" and a former defensive lineman at Notre Dame, who spent nine years in the NFL, where he played for the Houston Oilers, Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins. John J. Pappas, member of SCS Privada Capital LLC, member of SCS/Monarch LLC and member of Privada Development Associates LLC, was the seller.
